Customer Service Representative

Customer service representatives are an integral part of our company and are vital to our growth.  This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain valuable sales experience in a professional environment! No prior experience is necessary. We will train all new employees.


Job duties:

- Resolve customer concerns

- Promptly follow up on general concerns, such as applications and claims processes.

- Build a professional relationship with clients by providing accurate product information

- Maintain relationships through continuously providing a high quality of customer care

- Coordinate with other departments to complete tasks, such as advertising campaigns and company events, which aid company growth.

- Provide additional support when needed

Qualifications :

- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Must be able to work independently and efficiently within a team environment.

- Must be familiar with computer software (MS office) and online functions.

- Must possess excellent reading and writing skills.

- Bilingual / Chinese

- Must be authorized to work in the US.
