ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Bookkeeping/accounting/office management:


The jobs include:

Maintaining QuickBooks; Payables, Receivables, invoicing, process checks, deposits, biweekly bank reconciliation, track, monthly payroll process (done by CPA),(about 12 employees domestic and overseas) & quarterly sales commissions and other miscellaneous works and general office administration.


Requirement:

*A bachelor or higher degree in accounting or equivalent knowledge or license.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting work experience (except corporate tax file)

• Minimum three years of continuous experience of QuickBooks bookkeeping and good knowledge of QuickBooks handling.

• Office administration skill and HR experience preferred.

• Proficiency in computer and email management, Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Excellent written business communication skills.

•Good inter-office team player with positive and friendly attitude,
