POSITION OVERVIEW

Act as a liaison among different departments and communication bridge between US team and China team
Provide solutions to different departments to improve overall efficiency
Provide positive experience and increase the overall satisfaction to schools, students, natural parents, and host families
Develop new business solutions to strengthen international programs and cross-cultural experiences

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Helps international students to quickly adapt and immerse themselves in a new cultural setting and school community.
Interacts with students, school officials, natural parents, and other departments to seek to provide quality support to international students
Develops and maintains relationships with students, natural parents, and business partners
Interacts with our oversea offices to seek and to provide quality support to international programs

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate in simple language and highlight key points. Friendly and approachable.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English; need to be fluent in both languages
Cross-cultural experience: living and working experience in both English speaking and Chinese speaking countries.
Strong problem solving skill, understand the customer needs, provide workable step-by-step approach to resolve issues.
Passionate about international education; detail-oriented and organized
Must be positive and customer service orientated
Work independently under pressure
A fast-learner and team player
Proactive and flexible to changes
