ThinkTank Learning is a forward-thinking educational development company headquartered in Santa Clara, California, focused on tutoring, classroom instruction, and college consulting. The company was founded in 2002, and currently has 17 centers located throughout the SF Bay Area and mainland China.

Responsibilities:

  • - Keep the center presentable and workable for tutors, students, and potential clients.

  • - Promote and provide company services to current and potential clients.

  • - Follow up on new leads and referrals obtained from field activities.

  • - Identify and resolve client concerns.

  • - Coordinate with company staff in helping students and parents.

  • - Coordinate with the headquarters in getting resources.

  • - Assist center manager in supervising and directing staff; managing tutors in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • - Manage day-to-day administration by using the company assigned software.

  • - Assist center manager in overseeing the center operations.


Requirements

  • - Minimum 1 year of sales or other applicable customer focused work experience

  • - High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred

  • - Good verbal and written communication skills

  • - Ability to cope and adapt quickly and easily to change in a fast-paced environment

  • - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a highly productive sales and service team

  • - Bilingual in Mandarin preferred
