Home Paradise Investment Center (HPIC) is a designated regional center for the EB-5 Immigrant Investor program. We currently have an education department position open to assist with industry research, business development, client case management, and more. We are a versatile company that provides investment opportunities, real estate services, and education consulting to a variety of clients, with our major market being in China. For this position, fluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not required.

This is a great opportunity for students that are looking to gain hands-on work experience at a sizable yet expanding company, or for recent graduates looking to find a position and company where they can grow and gain more practical skills. Training in education, case management and more will be provided to the intern selected.

Duties:

• Research the top schools (public school districts and private schools) in CA and out of state to recommend to our large client base in China.

• Assist with client case management for the selection of and application to K-12 schools, as well as universities, in the US.

• Assist in reaching out to potential industry partners to promote our services.

Job Skills and Qualification:

• High school diploma required.

• Written and oral fluency in Mandarin Chinese preferred but not required.

• Experience or familiarity with the education system in the US and/or China preferred but not required.

• Bachelor’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in progress preferred.

• Must have good data analysis and research skills.

• Must have good communication skills and provide great customer service.

• Must be a self-motivated individual, be able to manage simultaneous projects and resources without losing focus, and be highly detail-oriented.
