Mortgage Loan Officer position has three main job functions:

1.) Marketing- Will market to the local Realtor community to build relationships and obtain referrals of home buyers seeking mortgage financing. Will use social media and basic networking to obtain business;

2.) Analysis- will learn all facets of mortgage underwriting and apply rules to borrower facts;

3.) Technology- Will learn and utilize lender platforms to price and process mortgages.

Bamboo Mortgage Services is a 10 year old company and is licensed in Oregon and Washington.

Bamboo Mortgage Services is led by a licensed attorney who will mentor you.

Compensation is commission based. First year earnings should be $50,000.00-$100,000.00.

Successful candidate must be permanent resident or Citizen.
