Asian Network Pacific Home Care and Asian Network Hospice (www.anphc.com), one of the Top 500 Home Health Agencies in the United States (Home Care Elite, 2001-2014) is offering a full-time Marketing Coordinator/Home Care Advocate position in San Francisco. Asian Network offers quality home health, hospice, outpatient rehabilitation, and private attendant services to the greater Bay Area. Our service areas are Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco and Santa Clara Counties.

The Marketing Coordinator/Home Care Advocate serves as the Asian Network representative responsible for outreach functions whose aim is to facilitate patient access to Asian Network’s home health and/or hospice programs. Asian Network's aim is to help patients from the Asian population and communities by conducting personal outreach visits to existing and potential referral sources, prospective patients and other interested parties, and to educate about medical home care services along with patient benefits. The Home Care Advocate will implement area specific outreach plans, coordinates with patient care staff, clinical and management team members to ensure truly outstanding and responsive patient care services.

-Professionalism and articulate when discussing end-of-life issues
-Bilingual in Cantonese/Mandarin

Required:
-At least a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or health related field
-1 yr. of experience in customer service, care coordination, or sales
-Driver's License
-Willingness to travel
-Reliable transportation
