Under the direction of the Executive Director Asian Marketing, the incumbent promotes and maintains integrity and high caliber customer service to all patrons and employees. Responsible for achieving established annual goals regarding the following: total theoretical revenue and profit, total actual revenue and profit, and new/reactivated player quotas. High school diploma or GED required, with at least two (2) years of front line casino customer service or public relations experience in a fast paced, high volume environment. Must fluently speak, read and write Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English. Vietnamese and any other Asian languages a plus.
