AWC Corporation is a medium-sized and fast growing apparel distribution company.


Subsidiary of Excalibur New York. AWC Corp. has an immediate opening for a full-time Order Entry/ Processor to receive,

fulfill, and track customer orders and goods in our Southern California office. Applicants must have excellent typing skills

with computer literacy to include Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as an aptitude to learn new programs.


Major duties include:

-Type general correspondences and any necessary documentation using word processing and spreadsheet skills.
-Data entry including input or changes in client database, ability to compile reports from database.
-Create purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and return orders.
-Overlook fulfillment process by generating picking sheets, labels, packing slips, routing as well as verifying correct products are being shipped.

-Managing inventory.
-Perform additional duties as requested.

Qualifications:

-College Degree.
-Must possess an outgoing and professional attitude.
-Must be detail-oriented and organized.
-Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Ability to multi-task efficiently.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Demonstrate flexibility and personal initiative.
-Willing to learn and take on new challenges and responsibilities.
-Excellent word processing and data entry skills.
-Adapt to learning new software programs.
-Good general PC and Internet knowledge.
-Knowledge of ERP systems (MAS 90 or 200)(Sage 100) a plus.
-Fluency in Chinese a plus.
