2017 Hiring Fair Volunteers

Event: 6th Hiring Fair hosted by Orange County Board of Supervisors Chairwoman Michelle Steel & Hiringfair Foundation

Date of Event: May 19, 2017 (Friday)
Location: OC Fair & Event Center Costa Mesa Building
Time: 10AM - 5PM (Volunteers need to come by 8AM and stay until 5:30PM)

We are currently seeking volunteers to help out at our 2017 Hiring Fair on May 19, 2017 at the OC Fair & Event Center.

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older to volunteer.
- Must have your own transportation.
 

Descriptions: 

During this event, participating companies and government offices will be looking for qualified candidates to fill their open positions.

Volunteer duties will include, but not limited to:

• Helping participating vendors gather resumes for their personal database

• Assisting keynote speakers for seminars

• Managing time schedule for 1:1 interviews

• Assisting attendees check-in and hand out raffle tickets upon arrival

• Helping with booth set-ups and clean-ups before and after the event.
