JobDuties 工作要求 :

Effectivelymanages daily incoming customer calls and answers questions from differentE-commerce platforms.

Resolvesproduct or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determiningthe cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solvethe problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensureresolution.

Documentsthe customers’ questions and makes clear categories for the questions and theirsolutions.

Communicateswith third parties that have business relationships with the company other thanthe customers.

Attracts potential customers and dealers byanswering product and service questions; suggesting information about otherproducts and services.


管理多个网络平台的客户询问电话和信息, 解决客户问题。

选择最好的解决客户问题的方法。

保留客户问题资料及解决方案。和第三方服务提供者联络寻求问题解决方案。


Requirements 职位要求

-Proven customer support experience and strongsense of responsibility; customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond todifferent types of characters.

-Strong phone contact handling skills andactive listening.

-Research answers or solutions for customersas needed

-Proficient in excel, word and ppt.

-Bachelor degree or above

熟悉操作EXCEL,WORD和PPT
