A fast-growing insurance marketing organization headquartered in Gardena, California seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to support the admin operations.


Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience as Administrative Assistant.

- Clerical office skills including proficient usage of Microsoft Word & Excel (with basic formula use) at minimum

- Flexibility to travel off-site and workon Saturdaytwice a year

- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneously occurring assignments

- Positive and cooperative personality equipped with professional mannerism

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Bilingual a plus (English & Korean)


Responsibilities Include:

This position requires Administrative Assistant be capable of assisting various departments in the office. There will not be one routine task -- candidate must be willing to learn many facets of the company's operations and should not have a problem being assigned to different types of work until a good fit to a department can be determined. Duties during employment may include (but not limited to) below:

- Processing contracts from independent contractors

- Keeping an updated record and documents in independent contractor profiles

- Contact insurance carriers in case issue arises in contracting

- Scan, input/log insurance applications

- Proofread insurance applications and submit to insurance carriers
