iBUYPOWER is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to be responsible for all areas related to accounting reporting. Accounting Supervisor supervises five staff accountants and is responsible for managing the team to ensure the work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities. Accounting Supervisor is required to have strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.

Job Responsibilities:

• •Work closely with the Accounting Manager and Controller to manage and oversee daily operations of accounting department

• •Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and statements

• •Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles

• •Develop periodic reports for management

• •Conduct month-end and year-end closing

• •Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department

• •Provide training to new and existing staff as needed

• •Work with external CPA and Bank for annual audit

• •Support Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements

• •Other projects assigned by CFO

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required

• •Experience with recognizable corporate companies in the manufacturing industry

• •Proven experience as Accounting Supervisor

• •Advance computer skills on MS office, accounting software (SAP) and databased

• •Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

• •Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing work situations and environments

• •Strong time management, organization, project management, and report writing skills

• •Strong verbal and written communication skills

• •High attention to detail and accuracy

• •Ability to direct and supervise

• •Mandarin speaking is required
