Job Description:
We are seeking an Operation Manager to join our dynamic team. The right candidate will be tasked with the supervision and oversight of the daily operations of our manufacturing facilities and fulfillment operation center. As an Operation Manager, you will successfully manage warehouse staff, material planning/purchasing, organizing schedules, meeting performance goals, and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provides inspired leadership for the organization
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
- Must possess the ability to review, adjust and implement new SOP’s as needed
- Work to negotiate terms with suppliers (warehouse supplies, pallets, shipping rates, etc.)
- Coordinate with other team members regarding on-floor production to ensure that all timelines and requirements are being met
- Data Analysis
- Perform quality control and monitor production key performance indicators
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
- Assist HR with recruiting when necessary
- Work with the CEO, Controller, Sales department, and HR to determine values and plans for both short and long-term goals
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations/vendors
- Must be aware of all the business processes being present in the company and review their performance at regular intervals.
- Must make decisions and plan for material and inventory regularly based on budget and policy set by other executive management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years Operations experience
- 5+ years Manufacture related experience (Upholstery product experience is a plus)
- 5+ years Purchasing experience
