The story of Meet Fresh begins in the City of Taichung in central Taiwan with Brother and Sister Fu, the eldest in a traditional agricultural family. “As technology and automation started taking over in Taiwan, my family remained committed to time-honored culinary processes and made desserts the old fashioned way,” say Johnson, the youngest brother in the family. “We launched Meet Fresh to share our traditions and these handmade desserts with our guests.”

Many of the ingredients featured on Meet Fresh’s menu are made in the company’s central kitchen in Taiwan, further emphasizing the team’s devotion to their product. Today, both Brother and Sister Fu still work in the main kitchen, sharing their work ethic, discipline and devotion to their product and company – creating a culture that is carried down to each location.
