AmGreen Solutions is currently looking for Mandarin speaking Sales Manager who can manage and build a new team of Chinese Energy Consultants for our company. We seek highly motivated, energized, hardworking, and goal-oriented Sales Manager able to lead our company’s continued growth in the energy market. Our firm provides concrete training and the resources to help you succeed in this field. Amgreen is looking for the right candidate who has a positive attitude and is a problem-solver.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the field of real estate, insurance, home improvement, solar, and other energy products
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bilingual speakers preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track progress of each sales reps
- Help close contracts and report to the Managing Director
- Identity strengths and weaknesses of each consultant and help each rep succeed
- Work as a team or individually as needed
- Set monthly sales targets; exceed or meet monthly and yearly sales goals
- Manage client expectations and handle client requests
