A fun, energetic travel e-commerce company, we are currently seeking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual to join our newly formed Business Development team and to facilitate our US Market development.


Alliance & Business Development Manager - Bilingual in English and Chinese

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with US and Canadian tourism bureaus to discover local tour operators and service providers.

Actively develop and build long term strategic relationships with existing US and Canadian tour operators and service providers and ensure their products are of highest quality and are meeting customers’ needs.

Work closely with UK and China team to achieve annual goals.

Evaluate and develop alliance partners in US and Canadian to expand sales channels and to enhance Lulutrip’s branding.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

a Bachelor’s Degree;

be passionate about travel and have extensive travel experience in US and Canada;

minimum 2 years experience in Business Development/Sales;

minimum 1 year experience in tourism industry;

be bilingual in English and Chinese;

be outgoing and have excellent communication skills;

be ambitious, creative, open-minded and receptive to training;

be a team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude;

work well under pressure and thrive in a fast paced environment;

willing to take initiative to excel in an entrepreneurial environment;

have demonstrable ability to plan and organize multiple priorities simultaneously and to consistently meet deadlines;

experience in working or studying in China is a plus.

PR & Branding Specialist (Native Mandarin Speaking) - (North San Jose)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate PR & Branding Campaign, including writing PR & Branding material, managing vendors, and monitoring performance of PR & Branding Campaign.

Collaborate with Product Marketing team to create branding messages and marketing collaterals.

Identify and develop alliance activities with partners that have over lapping target customers with Lulutrip.

Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies.

Drive profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for a number of business areas.

Develop sponsorships from Alliances for branding campaign.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

Bachelor in Marketing, Business, Tourism management or a related field;

Minimum 1 year relevant working experience;

Work well under pressure and thrive in a fast paced environment;

Willing to take initiative to excel in an entrepreneurial environment;

Tech savvy, able to learn-on-the-job quickly;

The ability to plan and organize multiple priorities simultaneously and to consistently meet deadlines;

Positive & enthusiastic attitude, and a collaborative, cross-functional team player;

Eager to learn, organized, and very comfortable multi-tasking;

Have a keen eye for detail and have strong time management and prioritization skills;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
