Assistant of CEO ACCOUNTANT WITH ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT

Job Description
The promotional and supply team of NZ based US company has been operative in the last 10 years in the States. We are engaged in marketing the functional & nutraceutcial ingredients manufactured by our group corporate manufacturer of New Zealand.
Our uniquely designed functional & supplement products made from the above ingredients have been successfully marketed in the States and overseas countries.
Here's a great opportunity for someone with an accounting degree and a good experience, who has outstanding initiative and organizational skills with knowledge of accounting and administrative work, with the ability to work at strong judgment, attention to detail, and the desire to create and sustain a productive environment.
Job Duties:
Monthly closing journal entries
Bank reconciliation
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Reconcile inventory balances on a monthly basis. Prepare monthly inventory reports Cost Accounting and analysis
Generate monthly flash P/L reporting
Prepare various reports and analysis for management
Administrative work experience
Secretary of CEO and assistant CEO’s daily work.
Job Requirements:
Accounting Degree
Two or more years of general ledger accounting experience
Strong computer skills; Excel skills and Quick book skill
Strong organizational/time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Sincere interest in working hard, learning and growing career
High-energy, ambitious attitude
