Assistant to CEO with bookkeeping experience
Employee Full Time: Hours 9.00am to 6.00pm


$40,000 annually with bonus and benefits commensurate with experience
Location: Downtown Los Angeles

Here's a great opportunity for someone who has a good bookkeeping experience in QuickBooks and administrative work, with the ability to work at strong judgment, attention to detail, and the desire to create and sustain a productive environment.


Job Duties:

Maintaining QuickBooks; Payables, Payroll, Benefits, Payables, Receivables, invoicing, reconciling general, banking, process checks, deposits, biweekly bank reconciliation, track and monitor reimbursable expenses, quarterly sales commissions and manage employee timesheet system.
 



Job Requirements:

* a bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience including a good knowledge of bookkeeping.
*Three years of bookkeeping experience
*Strong computer skills; Quick book skill
*Proficiency in computer and email management, Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Positive and friendly attitude, team player
*Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
