Major responsibilities include the following:

Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately

Bookkeeping and generate financial transaction records for collections, invoices, payments and etc

Compile end-of-year financial reports for tax purpose

Manage processing payments of all office operational expenses

Administer a wide variety of personnel policies regarding employees for the purpose of conforming to relevant policies, procedures and laws

Check and document manual and electronic reports of employees’ timesheet and submit payroll information to third-party payroll company

Daily office operations as well as other duties required for this job.

Requirements

A full-time position, and a bachelor in accounting/finance is required, and a master degree is preferred. 3 years or more related experience required

Advanced MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency

Write and speak both English and Chinese fluently.

Write and speak Mandarin as a native speaker
