Carloha is an e-commerce company that provides car-shopping experiences online. We are innovating the traditional used car buying and selling experience by leveraging the power of computer technology, developing automated computer programs & systems and building a responsive and reliable Online to Offline business model that connects buyers and sellers directly and provides outstanding customer experience. Carloha aims to be the Amazon in car industry.
Responsibilities :
Take lead in expanding and launching operations in various markets
Recruit local talents to run operations and customer service
Be the GM of local market and develop metrics to monitor progress and incentivize teams to hit goals and targets
Seek strategic relationship with dealer groups and other stakeholders as needed
Maintain existing and develop new business relationship with local auto-related service companies such as repair and mechanics shops
You don’t mind be a constant road-warrior and travel for business needs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
You have an undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration or Automobile experience preferred)
You have great negotiation and marketing skills and are knowledgeable about the US used car industry
Have at least 2 years full-time working experience, preferably in auto industry but not required
Have managed teams before and experience in leading initiatives and managing people
Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is prefer
Location:Training in NY and work in CA/TX/OH/IL/MI
