Carloha is an e-commerce company that provides car-shopping experiences online. We are innovating the traditional used car buying and selling experience by leveraging the power of computer technology, developing automated computer programs & systems and building a responsive and reliable Online to Offline business model that connects buyers and sellers directly and provides outstanding customer experience. Carloha aims to be the Amazon in car industry.


Responsibilities :

  • Take lead in expanding and launching operations in various markets

  • Recruit local talents to run operations and customer service

  • Be the GM of local market and develop metrics to monitor progress and incentivize teams to hit goals and targets

  • Seek strategic relationship with dealer groups and other stakeholders as needed

  • Maintain existing and develop new business relationship with local auto-related service companies such as repair and mechanics shops

  • You don’t mind be a constant road-warrior and travel for business needs

  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications :

  • You have an undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration or Automobile experience preferred)

  • You have great negotiation and marketing skills and are knowledgeable about the US used car industry

  • Have at least 2 years full-time working experience, preferably in auto industry but not required

  • Have managed teams before and experience in leading initiatives and managing people

  • Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) is prefer


Location:Training in NY and work in CA/TX/OH/IL/MI
