Pay rate: $12-$16 per hour, DOE

Responsibilities include (but not limited to)

• Take/process orders & claims

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and in person

• Handle inbound calls from customers

• Work with sales representatives and buyers

• Work with various departments to provide services to customers

* Attend out-of-state trade shows, set-ups, and various company related functions

• Answer multiple lines phone system

• Handle general office work

• Assist with special projects

Requirements Job Qualifications

• BILINGUAL IN MANDARIN, CHINESE IS A MUST

• Min 2 years of customer service experience

• Must attend out-of-state trade shows and set-ups, 4 to 6 times a year

• Type 40 wpm

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Multi-tasking, ability to work in a fast paced environment

• Exceptional follow through, and good phone skills

• Able to move and carry 25 pounds item without assistance
