We are looking for someone that can travel to and from China on a semi-consistent basis, sometimes traveling for 3-4 weeks at a time.

JOB FUNCTIONS

- Provide confidential and administrative support to the President and/or Chief Executive Officer. 


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

- Exercise a high degree of independent judgment and handle confidential and complex matters with discretion.

- Executive of administrative details such as making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, organizing and maintaining records 

- Represent the CEO when serving as the primary point of contact to internal and external business partners for corporate or community matters with the utmost level of professionalism, and interface with clients or prospective clients.

- Independently handles administrative duties and projects to include, but are not limited to providing research, preparing reports, handling internal personnel requests, preparing correspondences, and arranging meetings assigned by the President of the Company.

- Develops and maintains procedures to ensure administrative duties and projects are completed in an efficient manner and within given deadlines.

- Ensures the office is run efficiently during President and/or Chief Executive Officer’s presence and absence and in accordance with Company policies.

- Coordinates meetings by confirming meeting room availability, gathering attendees’ availability, or making travel arrangements.

- Prepares applicable meeting material and requests applicable equipment such as telephone conference, projector, or other office technology.

- Researches and summarizes data for special or on-going projects and prepares data analysis report for the Board, and Executive and senior management review.

- Organizes and maintains confidential files and records with discretion and develops an ease of retrieval process.

- Prepares letters, agendas, memos, and correspondences; records and drafts monthly meeting minutes for Executive Management Committees or other meetings by transmitting dictations as needed with proper grammatical usage.Assists in the preparation of the Strategic 

- Plan and the Business Plan and tracks the progress of the action plans on a quarterly basis.


Key Requirements

- Knowledge of Chinese culture, preferrably has lived in China or studied abroad

- Candidate must have 3 strong years as Executive Assistant

- Graduate MBA program / Communication masters preferred

- Travel requirements for this position is 50%

- Must hold Valid Passport with acceptable entrance into China

- MUST BE fluent in English and Mandarin.


Salary commensurate on experience
