California Communications Access Foundation (CCAF) is seeking a Marketing Specialist II to provide invoicing and other marketing support for the California Communications Access Foundation (CCAF) and the Deaf and Disabled Telecommunications Program (DDTP). The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating Marketing support efforts, leading invoicing reconciliation, maintaining vendor relationships, and collaborating with internal -and external consumer and other partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Contracts/Invoices/Reports - Marketing Materials - Communications - Research/Data Entry - Additional Responsibilities REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of four years of professional invoice processing, database maintenance, and customer service experience and completion of college-level courses.
Fluent in conversational and written English and Cantonese/Mandarin/Chinese. Have the ability to secure interpreter and translation certifications in English and Cantonese/Mandarin/Chinese or other languages, as needed or required by employer.
Strong PC computer experience: Microsoft Office including Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as, relational database applications. Experience with website development and maintenance and conducting Internet research. Familiarity with the basic principles of design software. Strong mathematical skills: Experienced in performing basic to intermediate mathematical computations, including rates, ratios, and percentages. Must have basic invoice processing knowledge. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of two years of professional invoice processing, database maintenance, and customer service experience.
Ability to communicate in American Sign Language (ASL).
Knowledge of and experience using design software (e.g., InDesign); strong website development and maintenance; and website report generation.
