Charity Cultural Services Center is seeking a dynamic and creative individual with professional experience working with youth in an educational setting, experiences in program design, curriculum development, and community outreach.

Working Title: Program Coordinator Salary: Based on experience Hours:
Part-time (20-25 hrs/week) Monday and Friday 9:00-5:00 pm Wednesday and Thursday 2:00-5:00 pm Some weekends

Organization Description: Charity Cultural Services Center aims to help children, youth and adults prepare for a better future by offering support and opportunities through education, employment training, and other essential services that promote personal and economic self-sufficiency.

Position Description: The Program Coordinator will facilitate an on-site after school tutoring program. The Coordinator must implement the program design efficiently and provide a safe environment for the students. The program is a combination of academic tutoring, enrichment workshops, and community outreach. The Coordinator must be able to effectively interact with the students, parents, and school site.

Minimum Requirements:
-Experience in public school settings with High School
-Age students preferred
-College degree (or in the process of obtaining one)
-Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
-Ability to write in Chinese is preferred
-Computer proficient
-Must be organized
