We are a small engineering and contract manufacturing company with operation in both Houston and China. We like to invite an entry level administrative coordinator in join us as a full time employee.

Responsibilities: 
1) Communications: receive, review and document POs from customers. Get customers informed all the time on project status including schedule, projection issues, shipping and logistics status.
Collect production status from our China team and report to the customers. Feedback customer's inputs back to China team in timely manner to ensure project going smoothly.
2) Organization: document, update and summarize project reports , invoices, purchase orders and program paperwork. Setup meeting with customers and China teams for project update.
2) General office work: answer phones, office supply

Requirements: 
1) Superior in follow up, attention to details, sense of responsibility
2) Must be Chinese fluent to apply
