Position Summary: MUST SPEAK FLUENT CHINESE OR JAPANESE
We have an exciting opportunity for Two Sales Manager Staff and One Marketing Manager at our prime location in Downtown LA. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a critical role in providing excellent sales and marketing to our target market (Japan, China, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore . . .mainly Chinese and Japanese speaking Clientele.
~Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Sales Manager Assistant~
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
*Must Speak Chinese or Japanese*
• Provide outstanding customer service to all individuals including in person and over the phone.
• Demonstrate effective sales skills
• Assist with keeping the Salon clean and its appearance at the highest quality
• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
• Follow up on new leads and referrals
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contacts
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
• Establish and maintain good relations with current and potential clients
• Evaluate client growth through the analysis of sales patterns and purchase
• Participate in trade shows, industry event and customer activities.
• Identify and implementing the correct image for the company products to be positioning as the innovative leader in the nutraceutical market.
• Knowledge of sales and promotion techniques
~Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Marketing Manager ~
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

• Conduct marketing approaches to potential clients who can distribute and sell the Products
in new marketing territories in the States and Asian Country.
• Participate in creating and implementing promotional and advertisement plans to increase
the sales activities and improve the sales achievement.
• Promote and Join the promotional and sales exhibitions and events for sales of our products.
• Work on production of the newsletters, flyers, brochures and other printing materials.
• Participate in creation of strategic new territory development plan to develop new
Marketing territories in the USA, Chinese speaking countries and China.
• Implementing a variety of forms of social media to promote brand recognition and promotions and to drive traffic to the Company's websites and others (such as You Tube)
• Overseeing the social media strategy for the Company.
• Participating in creation of comprehensive strategies using online media.
• Participating in creating advertising strategies to drive online traffic to the Company website.
• Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
• Supervising and maximizing the works done by online marketing company contracted with
the Company.
• Tracking and monitoring site traffic and optimize campaigns based on the best-performing
strategies.
• Analysis and on-going optimization of all marketing channels
• Participate to manage the redesign of the company website to maximize the Company business goal. Being engaged in assisting to create regular e-newsletter creation and distribution.
• Being engaged in coordinating and completing trade show exhibitions and participate in the
Company events.
• Participating in creation of PowerPoint presentations for distributors and clients.
• Making the presentation of the Company concept and products to participants, distributors
and clients.
Qualifications - Education and/or Experience:.
• Ability to work well with people, provide excellent customer service and follow directions
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
• MUST SPEAK FLUENT CHINESE OR JAPANESE
• High energy, dynamic personality, patient and responsible
• An interest in and passion for supplements, nutrition or related health field.
• Attention to detail and ability to effectively multitask
• Reliable and self-motivated and has demonstrated personal and business integrity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word required; Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign software a plus
• Knowledge of sales and promotion techniques
*No outside sales or cold calls.
Salary and Other Benefits:
Base Salary (TBD) + Commission
