Yang’s Pension Consulting is a full-service, third party administrator of private retirement plans for small businesses. The Pension Plan Administrator is responsible for customizing cost-effective retirement planning strategies for employers and advising clients on the administration of their qualified retirement plans.
The Assistant to the Pension Plan Administrator will enhance the effectiveness of the Pension Plan Administrator (PPA) by assisting the PPA with the annual life cycle of a retirement plan, which includes:
Creating files for client’s newly established retirement plans (or takeover plans)
Collecting, compiling and entering employer’s confidential data into actuarial systems
Preparing and filing tax returns in connection with the client’s retirement plans
Communicating directly with clients to manage and confirm contributions to and distributions from retirement plans
Preparing annual administration packages
Qualifications:
Superior communication and professionalism
Excellent attention to detail, organization and follow up skills are a must
Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Solid technology and Internet skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Mandarin speaking required
Interest in retirement plan administration a plus
2+ years office experience preferred
Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to work
