We are a small but fast-growing importer and distributor of goods located in Yorba Linda, CA. We are looking for an assistant to help with purchasing, specifically from overseas manufacturers, and other clerical duties. This will be a part-time position to start and will turn into a full-time position after provisional period. We provide Medical insurance, paid time off and 401K after provisional period. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented, self-motivated, and have knowledge and understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within purchasing.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Quick books, Excel and Outlook
Bilingual English and Chinese Required – No exceptions
College degree and 2 year+ work experience required
