Position Description
The Asian Executive Host is responsible for the recognition and maintaining of high worth, primarily Asian guests (VIP Guests) of the Seneca Gaming Corporation. The incumbent in this position will assist the Vice President of Asian Marketing in a managing the Asian Casino Hosts, short and long-range plan to increase revenues and maintain department goals. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Position Requirements

Education/Experience:

  1. Must be 21 years of age or older upon employment.

  2. High school diploma or equivalent required.

  3. Previous customer service and experience with the Asian community required; preferably both in the US, Canada and abroad.

  4. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office systems.


Language Skills and Reasoning Ability:

  1. Must possess excellent communication skills.

  2. Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.

  3. Have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.

  4. Have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

  5. Have the ability to speak fluently, read or write in Chinese and preferably other Asian languages and dialects. Must be able to communicate verbally in English.
