Product Support Engineer 2 
EyeVerify is looking for a technical support engineer to help track current and future client activities. We are a fast paced team focused on mobile phone based biometric authentication. As part of our client services team, you will be responsible for tracking project dates, integration progress and fielding incoming product improvement requests for a variety of app designers and cell phone manufacturers. You will work closely with the internal EyeVerify QA, engineering and research teams. 

Responsibilities
  • Help troubleshoot software integration issues, which may include software installation, configuration and education on product workflows

  • Work with the engineering team to develop fixes, updates and enhancements for specific client needs.

  • Work with the client services manager to track client issues and bugs

  • Provide issue resolution and troubleshooting

  • Work with the various EyeVerify departments to ensure client needs are met

  • Provide a common point of contact for outside engineering teams to interact with EyeVerify


Skills and Experience 
  • Experience in C++, Java or similar language

  • Experience with Eclipse or Android Studio preferred

  • Chinese speaker a plus

  • Strong organizational abilities

  • knowledge of Android systems

  • Ability to manage multiple active issues

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle a plus

  • Ability to work night shifts when client needs dictate
