Channeling contemporary Danish Design, she was also able to capture important functional elements including protection from the sun while staying cool and active, along with durability and quality. Simplicity paired with fashionable flare reflects her Danish heritage and love for timeless design. Using her talent in the equestrian ring as an accomplished rider, she created easily available and affordable sun-protective outerwear.Having been affected both personally and through friends by the harmful results of sun exposure, she decided that her new venture would focus on the active individual with emphasis on ultra violet protection in many of the designs and product categories — starting with the very first launch of the Charlotte Collection shirts. Whether your sport of choice is Golf, Tennis, Running, Biking or Horseback Riding, Kastel Denmark will insure that you are protected and fashion forward with a design that is versatile and comfortable, allowing compatibility in a variety of environments, whether sporting activities, shopping or simply relaxing at home.

Our Role
We seek an extraordinary talented individual to be the news Director of Sales and Business Development. The ideal candidate must have experience working in sales, incredible communication skills, presentation skills, strong business acumen with a knowledge of branding. This person will expand, manage and improve our network of business throughout the world. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to showcase their talent and take full control of our growing clothing line. We are looking for a go-getter, someone that can show others through example, how to close a deal. This individual will be responsible for generating new revenue for Kastel. As well, this position will be responsible for growing our online presence both domestically and internationally.As Director of Business Development, our ideal candidate will be directly responsible for building and leading a team in all aspects of running Kastel. They will enjoy the challenge of improving our customer’s satisfaction, quality level and speed while also improving labor efficiency and workforce happiness. An established history of defining, iterating and communicating company values and core beliefs is required.As a Director of Sales, you will play a critical role within the business. You will oversee general work, online shipping, refund management, profitability, performance appraisal, and most importantly, expansion of sales channels. Experience in Retail and/or Manufacturing is required.
