We employ some of the most innovative and ambitious sales personnel in the industry. Dedicated to preparing families before their time of need, our sales employees are held to the highest standard. We ensure that our sales team is performance driven, self-motivated, service-minded and developing professionals. We provide excellent structured training in the classroom, in the field, and on-line through our award winning training. Your responsibilities will include making sales presentations, networking, getting referrals, and presenting group informational seminars. Our Advisors assist families, most often in a home sales presentation, by helping them make decisions about the planning of their Funeral Services and Cemetery Property needs in advance of their time of need.
Advisors will develop ongoing relationships with clients/families that are focused on helping other families achieve peace of mind by working with their referral sources and providing them with our services and programs. To do this, advisors focus on six key activities:
Generating leads through contacting personal networks, generating referrals, attending local seminars and trade shows.
Creating workplace partnerships, advertising, joining networking groups and utilizing web based marketing venues.
Scheduling appointments with families and presenting the Conversation Presentation.
Conducting meetings with clients/families and following up with any of their past contract agreements and seeing if they have missed anything or need to update anything as well as qualifying them for any additional benefits for their families.
Analyzing data and proposing strategies and potential solutions.
Providing ongoing client/family services to help make sure that the rest of their families have pre-planned and are protected.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Must submit to and pass a Pre-Employment Background Check / Drug screening test/Valid CA Driver’s License
Must have a high level of comfort in using computer systems within a sales environment.
Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus (SalesForce)
Outstanding verbal, written and listening communication skills with the willingness and desire to be part of a team environment and to learn through a mentoring relationship.
High level of integrity, dedication, and desire to succeed while working well within a team environment or independently.
Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial drive to build your own business by leveraging your personal network (natural market).
Must have the ability to prospect and generate leads that will drive results.
Comfortable with in-home sales and conducting group presentations.
Solid work history and dedication necessary to be successful.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with high level of confidence, perseverance and a strong desire to achieve and succee in a commissioned sales environment.
Must be willing and able to obtain 20 hours of CA life insurance license and cemetery license/fingerprints.
Bi-lingual is a benefit in the languages of Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Tagalong.
