Qualification:

• Must be fluent (written & oral) in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related majors preferred.

• Work experience in sales & marketing /social media/advertising agency/PR/newsprint publisher.

• Ability to be extremely organized and detail oriented with fast & effective follow-up skills, and complete tasks under the pressure of deadlines and competing workloads.

• Proficient in Microsoft office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Authorized to work legally in U.S. with valid Driver License.

Job Duties:

• Assist to answer incoming advertising inquiries, prepare contracts and coordinate the artwork with clients.

• Coordinate the marketing events and promotions.

• Other administrative and marketing duties as assigned by manager.
