Job Description/Responsibilities
Providing assistance and customer service to passengers by performing various customer service duties in the airport, such as check-in, reservations, ticketing, baggage processing, and ramp service
Comply with all federal, state , and airport authority security requirements and Korean Air’s policies
Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by managers
Job functions may include report generation, general administration, and computer application utilization
Monitor/analyze passenger traffic load
Able to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor under pressure
Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Able to work on days, evenings weekends and holidays
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous airline customer service experience a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Bilingual in Korean, Chinese, or Japanese
