The LARGEST (bigger than FedEx and UPS combined) privately owned logistics company from China is expanding their operations to Torrance and seeking a Controller / Finance Manager to join their well-established, forwarding looking, innovative, and growing company.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be Bilingual and Bi-literate in Mandarin

• Have 10+ years of financial accounting experience

• Have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance and accounting with an active CPA license

• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge

• Working knowledge of Oracle or an ERP software.

The Controller / Finance Manager will be responsible for the following including but not limited to:

• Managing a team of professionals covering all finance, accounting, and legal matters

• Work closely with the management team to provide advice and support in the decision making process

• Managing the monthly, quarterly, and year-end processes

• Initiating and implementing processes to maintain cash flow and working capital

• Ensuring that controls are in place to aid in the annual internal and external audits

• Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal accounting reporting requirements

Compensation for this position could pay up to $130k + benefits (medical, 401k, paid leave, etc.)
