The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Tour and Management team in Los Angeles. In this role, the Coordinator will be responsible for organizing various pitches, coordinate and manage social media marketing, as well as basic administrative duties including scheduling meetings, answering calls, and researching.
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative and office support activities
Route incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
Organize PR/Marketing assets and pitches
Organize and manage social media marketing
Organize and prepare decks for meetings
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists and general company information
Book travel, dinner and other arrangements
Work on a daily basis with high level talent and representatives both in the US and in Korea
Work on special ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in both English and in Korean
Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills
High proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and PPT
Enthusiastic user of social media platforms including, but not limited to, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat
Proficiency in Keynote
Proficiency in InDesign and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus
Ability to perform/learn new tasks outside the candidate’s immediate range of skills
Passion for K-Pop and interest in entertainment industry in general a plus
Able to attend local shows and events when necessary
Must have unrestricted work authorization in the US
