Data Entry Clerk maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Responsible for preparing source data for computer entry, by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution. Secures information by completing data base backups. Work well in a fast paced environment. Possess intermediate Microsoft Suite, Excel and Work experience.

Job Summary:
Answer phones to respond to orders, general Merchant inquires, Bill Statement questions, all of Terminals Issue and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
