Zenlayer is looking for a creative team player to lead its U.S. marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be based in Zenlayer’s Diamond Bar headquarters and will work with the executive, sales, product and China marketing teams to manage the strategy, execution, analysis and ongoing optimization of Zenlayer’s marketing plan.

Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. marketing efforts for Zenlayer;

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives;

• Create world class content that exemplify thought leadership;

• Produce sales materials to assist the sales team in all phases of the sales cycle;

• Oversee public and media relations, including drafting press releases;

• Manage online marketing, including website, SEO, SEM and social media channels;

• Plan and attend domestic and international trade shows;

• Work closely with the China marketing team to ensure consistent branding and to share ideas and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree;

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing at a high-tech company in a telecommunications, hosting, or cloud industry;

• Strong communication skills, including excellent writing skills and an eye for graphic design;

• Experience in a multicultural work environment;

• Working knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter marketing and analytics tools;

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint);

• Experience in event planning and exhibiting at trade shows;

• Able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the hosting and networking industry;

• Proficiency in Chinese (can read and write);

• Knowledge of HTML and WordPress;

• Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to build something great.
