We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.
Responsibilities:
•Handle administrative needs of Executive
•Arrange conference calls and meetings
•Plan work-related travel details
•Coordinate projects and deal flows with various teams and experts
•Input, organize, and update client data base using CRM systems
•Event planning
Qualifications:
•Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in other related field
•Strong organizational skills
•Ability to prioritize and multitask
•Strong attention to detail
•Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin Chinese - fluent in business conversatons, reading, and writing
•Flexible hours preferred and can work remotely part of the week
•Legal right to work in the United States.

The hiring executive is the lead of US‐China Business Practice. The candidate must speak Mandarin and
English fluenty, has 5+ years of work experience, preferrably in the financial services industry. Must be
proficient in basic softwares, posess great interpersonal communication skills, and can work
independently without detailed instructions. Can learn quickly and be resourceful. Accountable for
his/her own productivity.
