Our firm is currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator. This position will play an integral role in the client service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct clients and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented an absolute requirement
Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a multi-team environment
1+ year experience in industry highly preferred
Duties
Support financial advisors in paperwork, client meeting preparation, back office support
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to corporate policies
Perform administrative duties for executive management
Manage agendas for executive management
