New York Film Academy (Los Angeles Campus) is seeking a seasonal Bilingual Chinese Interpreter for Chinese students taking filmmaking classes. Provide accurate, clear, and speedy in-person interpreting services with complete fidelity to the spirit of the original communication in a variety of settings.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provide on-campus interpretation services to Chinese Students

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Chinese

• Experience working with English Language Learners

• Assist Students in translation to have them succeed academically

• Passion for helping students learn and succeed

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and the target language.

• Must be fluent (read, write and speak) both English and Mandarin.

• Knowledge of Film and Cameras preferred

• Authorized to work in USA.
