Denong Tea is a fast-growing company that produces high-end Chinese special tea. Our office locates currently in Fullerton. We will move our office in Pasadena in 3 months. We are seeking a Bilingual (Mandarin and English) Office Assistant to join in the team. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that range from basic administrative functions to reacting with appropriate urgency to situations and events, communicating proactively), You will be assisting the Manager to facilitate projects and tasks in the US company, coordinate projects between Denong Tea’s headquarter in China, branch companies in Taiwan and Hong Kong. You’re a perfect fit if you learn fast, a problem solver, can work with little or no supervision, approach work with vigor and determination, can multi-task like a pro. We are looking for a person who is smart enough to do anything but humble enough to do everything.

Job Location: Currently in Fullerton, CA, three months later in Pasadena, CA

Required education: Bachelor's

Preferred experience: Executive Support: over 1 years

Salary: DOE


Job Descriptions:

-Support Office Manager to provide any assistance for the business development and office administration. Support Executive Assistant to CEO on some business issues

-Work with manager on Inventory Control, Shipments, this position will be in charge of maintaining inventory clearly and reporting it on a quarterly basis to China’s headquarter

-Keep track of expenses for the office, and sales on all channels. Keep Office and retail store well organized and keep track of office tools

-Assist the manager to conduct tea ceremonies and lectures in public libraries and private events. Act as an advocate and ambassador for the company to talk about tea knowledge

-Assist the manager with managing company’s property

-Assist with customers in a retail store environment and provide excellent customer service online and in the store

-Keep Office and retail store organized and keep track of office tools


Skills/Qualifications:

-Extreme Attention to detail, excellent organization, Inventory Control, Basic Accounting, Ability to deal with multiple projects, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management

-Excellent organizational skills with a sense of urgency to follow through

-Proven ability to time manage and organize inventory and office and retail store

-Strong independence and work ethic. Able to proactively manage an office and communicate with managers while executive is traveling

-Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn

-Has strong ability to influence the actions of others. Managed projects to successful completion

-Enthusiasm with a positive outlook and “can-do” attitude

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
