What You’ll be Doing but not limited to:
Translate and dealing with daily incoming & outgoing emails, phone calls, text and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO
Organizing and maintaining daily diaries and making customer visit appointments
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the CEO is well prepared for meetings, and taking dictation and minutes
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Meeting and greeting visitors
Assist in make customer visit and summarize customer visits reports.
Work in a fast-paced and evolving start up environment where your hard work will be rewarded
What We’re Looking For:
Honest & trust-worthy, highly responsible, patient, careful, logical thinking
*** *English native Speaker and Fluent in Chinese(Mandarin)****
Associate Degree or above or equivalent experience
Strong initiative and ability to multi-task effectively
Accuracy and attention to detail with daily work
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent computer and administration skills
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and good driving records
Additional Things That Would Make You More Awesome:
2-3 years English teacher, or sales assistant experience, stage lighting industry background preferred
Equipped basic U.S.A accounting and finance Knowledge
Speak Spanish
