Receptionist
Job Mission:
Provide for best in-class service greeting and environment for Bank guests and employees.
Job Duties:
-Greet Guests and promptly notify host of arrival.
-Answer Incoming Calls and direct as required.
-Receive and Track incoming packages. Ensure notice and delivery to addressee.
-Maintain Room Reservation Calendar and bookings.
-Assign and Manage Access Card badge requests, Business Card requests.
-Conduct routine audit of 3VR Camera Systems and other applications as assigned.
-Prepare and submit AP Invoices as assigned.
-Perform related duties, as required, for the training and development purposes.
-Perform all assigned duties under Bank’s compliance programs and related laws & regulations
-Successfully complete all mandatory training on related Bank’s and BSA compliance as well as other laws and regulations as assigned and in a timely manner.
Qualification & Prerequisites:
-High School Diploma
-1-2+ years of Receptionist experience in a corporate office environment.
-General knowledge of office equipment, telephone, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
-Well-groomed with good human relations, professional phone etiquette and good command of English
-Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
