Loan Servicing Representative
Summary:
Manage storage, integrity, and access to the physical lending records for the financial institution Receive and field incoming customer service calls.
Responsibilities:
-Provide quality service by telephone to bank customers in an efficient and professional manner.
-Research and resolve customer issues and answers customer inquiries in courteous manner regarding loan payments, escrow, taxes, insurance and other servicing (and non-servicing) related issues.
-Ensure that records are properly maintained, archived and stored in a secure area of the financial institution or off-site.
-Ensure financial institution is in compliance with standards and procedures regarding records retention.
Job Qualifications:
-Must speak Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
-Associates degree in business, finance or related field preferred.
-Two to four years of experience in financial institution lending function or records management function.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
-Familiarity customer service concepts and technology and software packages used by the bank.
-Availability to work flexible hours (i.e. early morning to early evening shifts).
Required education: Associate
