Advertising and Marketing Officer

Qualification:

-Must be fluent (written & oral) in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related majors preferred.
-1 years plus of work experience in copywriting for print/web/social media, sales & marketing, news agency, newsprint publisher; general knowledge of newspaper/magazine operations is needed.
-Must have high degree of initiative, self-confidence, reliability, strong communication, interpersonal and organizational
-Multi-task oriented, capable to work with tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard, and able to take projects from beginning to end.

Job Duties:

-Prepare contract, schedule insertion date and coordinate the artwork with clients.
-Coordinate special events. Ability to work on weekend and holiday when required.
-Initiate, organize and make recommendation/proposal to manager.
-Execute and follow through marketing promotion plans.
-Handle special projects or assignments delegated by manager.
-Liaison with outside organizations regarding promotion or sponsorship programs.
-Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and power point.
