Job Description:

We are looking for bright individuals who are open to learning and want to build a long term career with our company.

Responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

-Providing Excellent Customer Service
-Order fulfillment
-Import Export processing administration
-Communicating with overseas vendors
-Inventory transportation coordination (i.e. contacting and negotiating with carriers)
-Understanding and responding to customer inquiries and requests
-Invoicing


Job Requirements:

-Candidate must be hardworking, accountable and organized
-Candidate should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and general computer skills.
-Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, typing and speaking)
-Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills.
-Must be able to work well in a friendly team oriented environment


Minimum Education Level: Bachelors or Associates Degree
