职位:总经理


岗位职责:
1)全面管理公司的经营业务,制定公司长期,短期发展目标和策略。
2) 全面负责各航线进出口货物的管理和市场的开拓;
3) 规范工作流程,监督管理操作制度和流程的执行情况,提出改进意见;
4) 研究运输市场,拓展和规划公司航线,管理运价;
5) 分析各类业务数据,对业务计划与预算提出建议;
6) 指导、带领海运部发展,合理化员工工作分配;
7) 与船公司、航空公司、代理保持良好、密切的的合作关系,并积极开发,发展,维护。

总经理任职要求:
1) 大学本科及以上学历 (海事,物流,船舶专业优先考虑);
2) 5年以上海运同等职位工作经验,要求英语流利;
3) 熟悉船公司、货运操作流程以及相关的业务知识、法律法规,熟悉海运市场;
4)具备丰富的物流管理专业知识,熟悉国际海运进出口业务流程,能及时了解业内动态、预判市场趋势;
5)工作作风严谨稳健,具有创业精神和自我实现的职业发展诉求;
6)有在船东或世界前十的国际化物流公司从事高层管理经验者优先。

Position: General Manager


Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, identifying and managing new and existing customers, overseeing daily operations including general sales and sales forecasting, planning the use of materials and staff, and responsibility for the general health and safety standards of the facility.

Responsibilities: 

-Direct and coordinate activities of all areas of the business concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and distribution of products including the production of a business plan for each year.

-Have a good working knowledge of all the company’s products, including basic construction and have the ability to demonstrate the end use.
-Manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties.
-Review sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
-Establishing and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, including the Health and Safety of the employees, and conferring with staff members as necessary.
-Determine staffing requirements, train new employees, and work with the HR department to interview, and hire new employees.
-Oversee activities directly related to making and sourcing products, and providing services, such as a helpline, where relevant.
-Direct and coordinate the company’s financial and budget activities to fund operations, increase efficiency and deliver on agreed upon financial goals. Help prepare financial reports as needed by the Group and Corporate Finance Department.
-Help determine goods and services to be sold, and assist in setting prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of customer demand.
-Plan the stocking levels, and oversee the taking of inventory.
-Help develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.
-Help plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required.

Position: Sales Manager


We are looking for an individual experienced professional in Logistics and Supply Chain Solution Sales. This role requires a significant development of new clients to sell our logistics and supply Chain services, as well as building customer relations.

Position: Warehouse Worker


Warehouse worker is responsible for truck loading and/or stocking the delivery routes in the warehouse.  An employee in the Warehouse performs a variety of loading and stocking assignments and requires the ability to work to meet deadlines.  

-Prolonged standing and repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling.
-Good hand eye coordination and the ability to discern colors.
-Hand dexterity and strength.
-Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
