1.Content Strategist Intern

Our company is looking for a Content Strategist Intern to attract and maintain the relationship with our clients by graphic design and creative thinking skills. This internship will start now through Fall 2017 with 15-20 hours per week. The Content Strategist intern will assist the product manager in coordinating and implementing multiple projects including:

• Creating marketing copy for the EzeeShip home page and application

• Creating other marketing content to be used in promotional materials, ads, etc.

• Proofread and edit marketing materials created by others

• Writing guides to help users improve their experience on the platform

• Perform market research on the e-commerce and shipping industries

• Research competitors’ features, pricing, etc and recommend ways to improve EzeeShip’s offerings

• Seek customer feedback and provide customer service on a limited basis

• Monitor and react to comments/replies to EzeeShip’s social media accounts as needed

Skills/ Education/Experience requirements:

• College student with emphasis in marketing, communication, or business economics

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments

• Good research and problem-solving skills

• Interest in tech, e-commerce, and/or logistics

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus

2. Marketing Manager

We are seeking for a Marketing Manager with highly communication and marketing skill to expand market shares of our products. This a full time position starting as soon as possible with following duties and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering

• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards

Skills/ Education/Experience requirements:

• Proven UI experience

• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio

5, Project Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer, create and organize from simple activities to more complex plans.

Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with ourProject Managerto prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information

• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes

• Liaise with project manager to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives

• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

• Make sure that needs are met as projects evolve

• Analyze risks and opportunities

• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
